I work with adults (21+), relationships of all forms (including friends and siblings) , and trans teens (13+)

I’ll answer any questions you have, and you can get a sense of who I am. Some people prefer to have an initial session, and if I have openings, I can accommodate that as well for my usual fee. I love meeting new clients.

Currently, I am fully virtual. I’ll be opening an office near Capitol Hill in Seattle soon, two days a week, and will have openings for in-person then. I see clients virtually throughout the state of Washington

To provide the best care and see clients in a way that feels right to me, I do not accept insurance. I do provide superbills you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Check with your insurance to find out if you have coverage. Please let me know if you need any support with what questions to ask.

Yup! I have a limited number of sliding scale and reduced fee sessions from $90 to $155. Please reach out if you feel this would be appropriate for you. Therapy should be affordable and accessible.

Our work together thrives on consistency. There is a momentum and rhythm that builds with weekly sessions that is crucial to this sacred work. I see clients on a weekly basis for the first three months. From there we can collaborate to adjust the frequency if needed.

If weekly sessions feel out of reach financially or logistically at the start, please let me know. I do my best to find a rhythm that works, as long as I believe the integrity of the work can be maintained.

I require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Sessions canceled within that window are charged at my full hourly rate. That said, I understand life happens—if we can reschedule within the same week, you will not be charged.

Each client is allotted up to three cancellations (better not rescheduled) within a 12-month period. If you need to miss more than that, I offer the option of rescheduling those additional sessions within a three-week window (the week before or after the originally scheduled time). This sometimes means having two sessions in one week, which helps us maintain the continuity of the work.

I don’t overbook clients or double-book my time. This approach is intentional—it allows me to stay fully present with you, maintain the integrity of our work together, and sustain my practice responsibly.
